WORKING TOGETHER
Empowering you to live an embodied life
Hey There! I’m Breah, Founder and CEO of Embodied Care Wellness. What started off as an outlet as I began my own personal healing, ascended to my God-given purpose.
As a woman, wife, mom of 3, and entrepreneur I know all too well the effort it takes to balance so many roles and still make time for self. I’ve been on the end of being everything for everybody and having nothing left for myself. I created this space as a collective healing ground for you to grow in deeper connection to yourself; to heal the pain and shame of your past; and begin to embody the values and beliefs that serve the woman you were created to be.
You are in the right place.
