Embodied Care Coaching is an executive wellness experience designed to help high-achieving professionals heal their relationship with their bodies and create a sense of freedom and ease in their daily lives. What are you looking for?

Start with a 30-minute consultation where we’ll explore your current challenges, goals, and what’s been holding you back. This call helps us determine if Embodied Care coaching is the right fit for you. It’s a no-pressure, supportive conversation designed to give you clarity.

What are your needs?

If determined we are a good fit for each other, in your first session we will gather your history and establish goals for our work together. Whether you want to heal food relationship, establish a consistent movement routine, or deepen your mind-body connection, the EC Assessment is a 90-minute call to give you clarity and a plan you can start working right away.

What is the plan?

Over the course of 6 months, we will meet bi-weekly. This gives you enough time in between sessions to digest and take action. We will have regular check-ins weekly, and you will have access to the Embodied Care community for extended support and resources.

Is this a therapy program?

No, Embodied Care Coaching is not therapy. While the program offers tools to support emotional well-being and healing, it focuses on coaching strategies to improve your relationship with your body and life balance. If you’re seeking therapeutic support, I recommend considering EMDR or somatic therapy, which is offered through our sister organization, Seeds of Healing Counseling, PLLC.
